Our brokerage operates Sonipat-deep and NCR-aware. How we work

Every property on Sonaris is one we would walk into ourselves. Before a listing publishes, we verify the registry status, chain of title, encumbrance, and any scheme-specific paperwork (HSVP allotment, DDJAY licence, DTCP approval). Photos are taken or signed off by us. Prices are exact — total + per-unit — with "negotiable" marked explicitly when the seller has flexibility. Owner identity stays in our records, not on the listing.

Who you talk to

Two operators run the brokerage day-to-day. Calls and WhatsApp messages route to one number; whoever is closest answers. We aim to come back within four hours of any enquiry during the day. The listing detail page tells you what is visible at the public level; OTP-verified contact unlocks the description and payment timeline at the moment you submit an enquiry, so we know who is asking.
